Audit Principles

In order to accomplish the "Service Policies," we perform audits with the following elements:

  1. Audit to enhance the autonomy of the organization, while putting emphasis on their voluntariness.

Voluntary initiatives addressed by the organization to accomplish the policy and objectives are the basis of the system. JQA respects the organization's own perspectives and performs audits to help reinforce their autonomy in the activities.

  2. Audit to value the characteristics and uniqueness of the organization.

The business purpose, organizational culture, and business environment vary from company to company. JQA grasps and understands in depth the characteristics and uniqueness of the organization and performs audits to activate the positive features of such organizations.

  3. Audit to focus on the consistency from the top management throughout the site.

No system can demonstrate its real value until it is activated and functions throughout the organization including sites. JQA performs audits to strengthen the organization as a whole by putting weight on their on-site activities.

  4. Communication-oriented audit.

The audit can only proceed when the communication is successfully established between each individual of the organization and JQA. In light of this fact, JQA performs audits to enhance the organization’s motivation, without leaving behind "Why?" and "How so?" after the audit.

  5. Audit from a viewpoint of stakeholders.

Organizations rely on a win-win relationship with their various stakeholders. JQA performs audits to make clear the purpose of the system "for whom and for what", from a viewpoint of such stakeholders.

  6. Unprecedented audit constantly staying ahead of others.

The system changes together with the era and society, so does the audit.
Keeping up to the turn of the era and the needs of the society, JQA continues to promote audit activities with a view to what the future holds.
